9/6/12 - C&T attorney David S. Olson obtained a preliminary injunction that prevents the cross-defendants from obstructing his client's access to an easement across the cross-defendants' Malibu property. The Court found Mr. Olson had established that his client would likely prevail at trial on her cross-claims for interference with easement and rejected cross-defendants' contention that the easement had been extinguished.
