LOS ANGELES – April 27, 2017 – Clark & Trevithick’s client was awarded $7,920 in monetary sanctions when the opposing parties improperly objected to discovery. Litigation attorney David S. Olson filed the motion for supplemental discovery responses and requested sanctions against the opposing parties and their attorney, arguing that the objections to the discovery lacked merit. The Los Angeles Superior Court granted Mr. Olson’s motion in full by its order dated April 21, 2017.
