Scott Page is an associate at Clark & Trevithick focusing on real estate and corporate transactions. Scott’s real estate practice includes development, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, real estate finance and commercial leasing matters involving office, retail, industrial and clean tech/alternative energy projects. His corporate practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, licensing and distribution transactions, entity formation and general corporate and partnership contracting matters. Scott represents clients in various industries including manufacturing, construction, high-tech, entertainment, food and restaurant, tele-communications, software and clean tech/alternative energy companies.
Prior to joining Clark & Trevithick, Scott practiced for four years as a corporate attorney at a national law firm and as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded company. Scott graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Scott was named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2009 and 2010, as selected by his peers in an extensive nomination and polling process conducted by Law & Politics magazine. Scott is also a Certified Public Accountant and worked for four years in the audit practice of a former “Big Five” accounting firm.
