Rajnish Puri is a shareholder at the firm and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and private placements of equity and debt securities with emphasis on representation of private, middle market and emerging growth companies. Raj's clients include corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses, from a diverse group of industries.
Raj is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law in 1996, where he also served as an Associate Editor of Southwestern University’s Law Review. He received his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees in India.
Raj serves on LACBA's Business and Corporations Section Executive Committee and the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Music Circle, a non-profit organization based in Pasadena, California, which presents concerts of classical Indian music performed by leading musicians of India.
