Raimund Freihube is Of Counsel to Clark & Trevithick and presently practices in the family law and probate/trust areas, routinely addressing child custody, child support, partner support, guardian, conservator, trust and probate estate administration issues in addition to resolving the same in the new collaborative system. He has been in practice over 22 years and prior to family law and probate/trust matters represented clients in business, commercial, construction defect and real estate litigation.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Raimund worked in hospitals in medical research and administration. He co-authored Neural Tube Defects, Pediatric Clinics of North America, v. 25(3), 1978. He later authored Products Liability: The Law, the Players and Prevention, DIE- LINE, v. 19, Nos. 1, 3 and 4, 1995; Gifts, Loans and Divorcing Children, Clark & Trevithick, Legal Issues, Summer 2004.

Raimund attended the University of California Los Angeles where he graduated with honors in 1976 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health. He attended law school at Hastings College of the Law and graduated in 1985.

Raimund is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Italian American Lawyer’s Association, the State Bar of California and the American Public Health Association. He was commended by the Legal Services Program for Pasadena and San Gabriel-Pomona Valley for his contribution of pro bono legal services in 1996, 1997 and 1998.
