 Judith Ilene Bloom, attorney
Effective litigation management requires the ability to weight the costs and benefits. Only rare cases justify scorched earth trial tactics.

 Judith Ilene Bloom

Judi Bloom's practice emphasizes the representation of financial institutions and other creditors in commercial and bankruptcy litigation. She handles cases involving lender and borrower liability, bank operations and negotiable instruments, letters of credit and bankruptcy, including nondischargeability cases, relief from stay and objections to plan. Judi has tried cases to courts and juries and she has handled a number of appeals in both state and federal courts. Before joining Clark & Trevithick in May 1994, she worked with several other firms representing financial institutions and was Senior Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of Bank of America.

In 1972, Judi earned her bachelor's degree with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she was a varsity debater and elected to Mortarboard.
