Alisa Edelson is an associate at Clark & Trevithick. Her practice focuses on general business and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. As part of her practice, she prepares applications for registration of trademarks in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and drafts various website agreements including terms of use, privacy policies, and video and personal appearance releases.
Ms. Edelson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, Ms. Edelson was the Executive Editor and Chief Production Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen M. Hillman of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Edelson is admitted to practice law before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
