4/5/12 - C&T recently obtained summary judgment on five claims asserted by a California attorney against his former clients. The attorney's former clients are now represented by C&T partner David S. Olson. Mr. Olson persuaded the Court that the agreement by which the attorney claimed to have obtained an equity interest in his former clients' closely held corporation was voidable under California law and that the clients had properly voided the agreement. |
3/29/12 - On a separate matter heard a week earlier, Mr. Olson also obtained a writ of attachment by persuading the Court his clients would likely prevail at trial on their claim for breach of a promissory note against the principal of a commercial real estate investment and business development company. |

Eleven Clark & Trevithick lawyers were recognized for their excellence. This is the largest group of "Super Lawyers" the firm has seen make the list. In 2011, seven C&T lawyers received the honor.
